Classic cleaners ( DBA Koh’s investment LLC ) services are provided subject to our (“Customer”) compliance and acceptance with the terms and conditions set forth below.
Please read the following agreement carefully. “Customer” use of any of Company’s services indicates an agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.
Items which are given to Classic cleaners ( DBA Koh’s investment LLC ) for cleaning / repairing will be termed as article(s) in this agreement.
This agreement is strictly between Company and the Customer and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties. As a condition to using any of Company’s services, and for the mutual benefit of both Company and the Customer, the undersigned (“Customer”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1.Classic Cleaners will inventory all dry cleaning items once they arrive at the facility to be cleaned. This inventory is final, and we will track your items carefully to return them to you. However, in the event of loss or damage of dry cleaned items, we will reimburse you up to 10 times the charge per article regardless of brand or condition.Should you find an issue with one of your pieces, please notify us within 24 hours of yourdelivery. Items must be returned to Classic Cleaners in the condition in which it was returned to you. Claims of damage will not be considered if the item has been worn or used since processing. Compensation shall be provided in form of services and no cash will be given to customer.
2. Classic Cleaners accepts no liability for damage due to normal cleaning of items without care instructions and cannot be held responsible for damage that results from following the manufacturer’s prescribed cleaning method. All garments/linen/fabrics are handled with greatest care but owing to the conditions of the articles or non apparent/non-visible defects in its material there is a POSSIBILITY OF DISCOLORING OR SHRINKAGE. Such garments are accepted for cleaning at OWNER’S RISK and the company will not accept any responsibility for it.
3.Classic Cleaners accept no liability for “special care” and delicate items that require special attention to be cleaned. Classic Cleaners accept no liability for items whose loose color, specially when color of one part of the garment gets on the other part.
4.“Extras” will be charged at the discretion of the dry cleaner, in order to process your garment the best way possible, in increments of $2 or $4 upon delivery to the facility. Classic Cleaners offers “Rush” service for special circumstace with the charge of 50% for normal time frame service we provide. These charges will be added to your final invoice. Items such as leather require longer turnaround times and could take up to two weeks to be returned.
5.Removal of stain is a part of the process but complete removal of stains can not be guaranteed and will be processed at customer’s risk.
6.Classic Cleaners is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the article such as money, jewelry, or anything else.If customers cannot accept the loss of any garment, please do not leave it with us.If a belt, pull tie, drawstring (or similar piece) is lost, damaged or not returned with an order, Classic Cleaners will only be responsible for the value of the missing piece, not the value of the garment that the piece belongs to.Classic Cleaners shall not be held responsible for any ornaments/ jewelry fittings on the garment.
7.Classic Cleaners accept no liability for any loss or damage of the articles arising due to fire, burglary etc. beyond conduct or any other similar unforseen causes.
8. To create a missing item claim, you must provide a specific description of that piece of clothing that includes the type, brand, color, and size of the garment. It is your responsibility as a customer to identify the items you provide us.
9.Some processes/items may require an additional period to process. No deduction on billed amount or claim can be initiated against in respect of delays.
10.Classic Cleaners exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. Nevertheless, we can’t assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-faced fabrics, vinyls, polyurethanes, etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, bells, and sequins.
11. If garments are not collected from storefront within ninety (90) days of drop off we consider the items abandoned, and reserve the right to dispose of them as we see fit and shall not be held liable for any loss that you may suffer in such an event.
12.Pinnings completed by the customer are done at the customer’s own risk and we will not offer redo services on these items for adjustments or be held responsible for any alterations that are irreversible. Also pinnings completed by our seamstress with customer’s approval also not be the subject to redo or be held responsible for Classic Cleaners.
13.By using our service, you agree that your clothes are suitable to be washed in water, on a normal cycle, and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. We cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing that is not suitable for this standard laundering process.We will do everything we can to avoid damaging your laundry. Unfortunately there are limitations to what we can do. For example, we don’t have time to check your pockets to see if you have left anything in them. Therefore, we can’t be held responsible if something left in your laundry (like lipstick, chewing gum, or a pen) causes any damage. Similarly, if you call and tell us that you left your favorite bracelet, or anything else, in your pocket, we can’t guarantee that we will find or return it. All laundering processes, regardless of how gentle, cause normal wear and tear on clothing. As a result, we cannot be responsible for any wear and tear of laundry, including loss of buttons, fading, fatiguing, holes, or abrasions. Similarly, we reserve the right to decline cleaning any particular piece of laundry if we think it will lead to trouble.Cleaning and drying laundry also creates other risks. We do not individually examine every garment prior to placing it in the laundry. Therefore, if something is “dry-clean only,” or otherwise unsuitable for common washing and drying techniques, please do not include it in the laundry you give to us.We wash all items together as our standard procedure.
14.Classic Cleaners will adhere a permanent barcode to your garments in an inconspicuous location. While we will do our best to place the barcode in the safest possible location, we cannot be held responsible for damage or holes that may result from the barcode.
15. Classic Cleaners does not provide printed bills and invoices unless the customer requested prior to pick up or drop off. Customer has to pay the entire amount after successful delivery of the order. It is the responsibility of the customer to review pricing or request a final price quote prior to using our services, as pricing is subject to change.
16.Company never sell your personal information like phone number, address or email id with any third party. Company may hire other companies to provide limited administrative and communication services on companies behalf, such as hosting sites, the processing and delivery of mailings, providing customer support, or providing credit card processing services. Company has the right to disclose your Personal Information to these third party companies for the purpose of administering and maintaining the Site and App’s features, functions and operations. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only such Personal Information as necessary for them to deliver the respective services, and we do not authorize these companies to use your Personal Information except for the sole purpose of providing those services requested by us.
